A few weeks ago, my intern, Brandon followed me around with a videocamera during a wedding I was photographing. The goal was to put together a video to show me in action on a wedding day for marketing purposes… and the video below is a sneak peak at the results!
DISCLAIMER: It is NOT done yet! There are some refinements that need to be made with regards to wind noise, and I also plan to replace the song with a “no lyrics” version by the weekend… but I was so excited that I just had to put it up for you to see. Also there is a 2nd video section that is still being worked on (Ceremony and Portraits). So stay tuned for more. : )
I am also excited to officially announce that I will be creating packages to do videos like this for other photographers looking to market themselves in this unique way! I’m still working on getting the packages and pricing set up but hope to have some more information available soon. I’m guessing the pricing will likely be anywhere from $800 to $2500 depending on a number of factors. I LOVE IT! My favorite part is when you have the bridesmaids talk to the brides. Their reaction is priceless. I was smiling just watching it. Well done!
