Northern MI Summer Wedding | Julia + Ben

Gifted with the most beautiful summer day, Julia and Ben had their wedding and reception at a private residence in Lake Leelanau, MI. We can’t get enough of these gorgeous northern Michigan weddings!  A fateful meeting on a dating app led to bonding over a shared love for adventure, deep conversations, board games and pickleball, and a move to London. Julia and Ben wanted to create a day that was beautiful and whimsical in the serene setting by the lake. The breathtaking setting, gorgeous florals, classic car and boat rides, live band and energetic dance floor with all of their family and friends created a wedding day that was just magical. We had the fortunate opportunity to once again work alongside the incredible planning team, A Day In May Event Planning & Design, as well as talented photographer Kate Headley. What an honor to be a small part of their love story - thank you Julia and Ben for inviting us along to capture all of your special moments.
