Just because summer is over (and at the time of typing this, pretty much autumn as well) doesn't mean we don't have more beautiful Michigan weddings to bring you! We love capturing the change in colors that fall in Michigan brings to the trees, so we were ecstatic to join Natalie and Michael as they jumped over the broom, and right into each other's arms!

When we think of perfect conditions for an autumn wedding this one will come to mind pretty easily, because it was a GORGEOUS day for the middle of October. We started it off meeting up with Christopher Deau Photography at the Crowne Plaza Hotel to capture Natalie and her ladies getting prepped for her big day. We immediately fell in love with not only her ceremony gown, but her amazing end-of-the-night dress as well! Both helped our stunning bride absolutely drop jaws on her wedding day. 🙂 While the girls finished up their final touches, the other half of our crew was hanging out with Michael and his guys over at the ceremony site.

Notos Old World Italian Dining has always been a favorite of ours when it comes to grand ballroom receptions, but on this day we got to see all that they really have to offer a couple for their special day. The groom and his groomsmen were able to relax in the wine cellar, cracking jokes and busting out some early-morning dance moves in anticipation for the party to come. 😀 Meanwhile upstairs, Senita Thompson Lenear of Genesis Consulting Group was working magic into the ballroom to create a classy little ceremony spot.

After some tears, some laughs, a kiss, and a hop, Natalie and Michael were off to enjoy the delightful fall weather, while their guests were treated to cocktails. It wasn't long though before the lovebirds were reined in, and the party was started. DJ Composition was a blast all night long, and was a big part in making sure that everybody (seriously, most. packed. photobooth. ever.) made a stop in over at Shutterbooth West Michigan's setup. Great toasts, delicious food, and some fantastic dancing had us smiling all the way home as we recounted all the wonderful moments from throughout the day. 🙂

Thank you so much for inviting us along on your adventure, and congrats on forever, Natalie and Michael!

  1. Awesome wedding, I love weddings. I also attended one where there was a photo booth present. It was a total blast! This was the photo booth company (lol, if you’re ever in Houston), fun times. Congrats you two!
