Liz + Clay's wedding was full of sweet, heartfelt, emotional moments. These two have been through a lot together over the last few years. Between finishing college, living long distances, job changes, and much more, they finally found their way to their wedding day... But, how did these two come to be? Here's their version of the story (from their questionnaire):
"We both went to The University of Alabama and were in the same circle of friends starting Freshman year. As the friend circle grew closer and tighter, we both started noticing each other a little more. Clay was shy and didn't talk much and Liz was in a relationship, so there were little interactions between the two of us. Senior year we had 2 classes together. This is where we starting talking more and getting to know each other. After a few Sorority and Fraternity date-parties together, we went on our first real date at a local Italian restaurant. It took Clay a while to ask Liz to be his girlfriend, but when he finally did--we both knew it was meant to be."
This August at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel with the help of some amazing vendors and a lot of family and friends, they made it official!

These two had an amazing crew of vendors working together to make the day a success. In the morning the teams at Wonderfully Made Makeup, along side Krystle Waivio helped make Liz and all of her girls look flawless and ready for the big day. Once they were all dolled up Liz slipped into her Pronovias Gown and Clay looked dapper in his Jos A Bank tux!
Soon they were off to St. Alphonsus Catholic Church to say I do, and have a beautiful Catholic ceremony. After their kiss they departed for photos and fun! As always we had a blast shooting alongside Karyn and Joe at Karyn May Photography!
Gail Vander Laan did a fabulous job with floral, it helped the room at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel look full, lush, and warm! With stationary by Mason Jones, and All Buttoned Up Events keeping things running smooth with their day-of coordination; Amway kept the food and drinks flowing and Brena Band keeping the tunes pumping and the dance floor packed all night. It was one big party!
This was such a fun day, thank you so much for including us, you two. Congratulations of Forever!
