Stephanie and Mathew describe themselves as a product of Match.com! Their adorable story began with a fish and that caught them the catch of their lives!
From the bride…
“One of his pictures on Match was of him and a 70lb mahi. I had just got back from the keys with my family and while we were there, we did some deep sea fishing. I emailed him about the big fish in the picture and that’s really how it all started. He is forever blaming the fish!”
Stephanie is spunky, fun, and as Mathew describes, “the only girl [he] knows who can pull off muck boots and pearls.” On her wedding day however, Stephanie traded in the farmer boots for a cute pair of Valentino kitten heels. Speaking of heels, Stephanie and Mathew hired Michelle Torno from Red Heel Events to plan their wedding, and we are ever so impressed. Michelle was expertly able to pull off the couple’s funky vision of Sunday dinners at the farm with lots of gold at the reception space The Cheney Place. Our favorite part of their wedding had to be the white bridesmaid’s dresses. White isn’t just for the bride anymore, and we could totally see this idea taking off in the wedding world. Stephanie’s beautiful blonde curls looked heavenly with her glam makeup by makeup artist Erick Gerson. To finish off the look, she chose a stunning Spring Sweet mermaid gown.
Amore Trattoria took care of their farm fresh foods, and they were delicious! You could totally trust Stephanie to pick out a good menu considering the fact that she is a 4th generation fruit farmer! Going along with perfect natural picks, the floral by Shelly’s Designs Floral was the perfect cherry on top of this fun fruit fresh wedding. We would also like to give a special shoutout to the amazing linens by Special Occasions WestNaturally, we have saved one of our favorites for last; the ever adorable vintage furniture and chandeliers provided by Fancy Fray. Fancy Fray does a wonderful job bringing together stunning and cozy visions that make any wedding special. Check out some of these amazing photos by Stacey Clack Photography! She did such a good job capturing this couple and their gorgeous reception! Congratulations to Stephanie and Mathew!
