There is nothing more romantic than a man taking the time to make something for you, showing his craft and his talent by building you something beautiful… Well, Chelsey is one lucky lady, because Austin not only built a beautiful fireplace for them to say their vows upon, but he cleared a whole property of trees, planted lush grass, and created a romantic location to invite all of their family and friends to come join and celebrate with them… swoon!

Chelsey and her girls spent the morning getting ready at her parents house after spending some time at the salon. The girls drank champagne and enjoyed the morning before Chelsey’s mom helped her into her beautiful low-back, lace gown by Allure Bridal that she found at Becker’s Bridal.
Chelsey then had a very sweet first look with her father, that literally brought tears to his eyes. Guests ate doughnuts and drank apple cider as they arrived to the ceremony and awaited for Chelsey to reveal herself to Austin as she walked through their beautifully crafted set of doors. As they stood upon the fireplace and took communion and vowed to spend eternity together, you could feel the love and warmth surrounding them. After a lovely kiss the couple was whisked away to take photos with the ever-so-talented Kristy Berends.
Following they had one epic tented reception, with branches mimicking trees on every post, rustic lanterns, tree rings, dried hydrangeas, it was a simple, warm, rustic affair, and we absolutely loved it. The couple had woodsy branch styled “lanterns” above the dance floor, candles inlayed in branches, sunflowers, grapes…. every detail was perfect. Floral was provided by Mike Anderson, a freelance florist, and music was provided by the crew at Night & Day Productions who helped these guests dance the night away with their favorite newlyweds.
We are so happy for you Chelsey + Austin. Congratulations on forever!
